Tour 6: Whistler and the Gold Rush Trail (12 Hours)

This is a real road trip tour with 8 hours of solid driving, but the scenery is definitely worth the trip! We’ll
waste no time heading for Whistler, for a coffee in the village, stopping at Shannon Falls before heading up
along the impressively beautiful Duffy Lake Road to Lillooet. There we'll stop for lunch along the same historic main
street that gold rush prospectors shopped in the 1850s.
From Lillooet, we’ll turn South and follow the wild and Mighty Fraser River along the canyon, stopping at
the Alexandra historic suspension bridge and Abbotsford, before returning to Vancouver with the most
incredible photos and memories of a road-trip like no other.
Along the way, we will have traveled through the rainforests of the west coast, the semi-arid desert of the Fraser Canyon, and the lush expansive fields of the
lower Fraser Valley.
